Use the Services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content. 5. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using our Services, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account, as specified in your service agreement. Late payments or chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Billing: You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information in your account. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Hite Growth Systems does not offer refunds for any fees, subscriptions, or payments once processed. By purchasing our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
Important Notice:
This No Refund Policy complies with applicable laws in the U.S. and Oregon. Exceptions to this policy will only be made where required by law (e.g., for services that are not delivered as promised or in cases of fraudulent transactions).
By proceeding with any payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, disrupts the Services, or causes harm to Hite Growth Systems or its users.

Hite Growth Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hite Growth Systems, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Marion County, Oregon.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
